A creative partnership built on trust, clarity, and connection
How It Feels to Work With Us.
In a world full of design studios, creative freelancers, and marketing agencies, it can feel overwhelming to know who to trust with your brand. Beautiful portfolios are everywhere. Big promises are easy to make. But the right fit is about so much more than beautiful work.
You deserve a creative partner who truly understands you. Someone who sees the heart behind your business, understands your values, and takes the time to uncover the deeper story you want to share.
We Believe in the Right Fit
Because great work begins with real connection
We do not work with just anyone, and we do not expect you to either.
We choose to work with passionate business owners who care deeply about what they do and who want to create something meaningful. Whether you are building a new business, evolving your brand, or finally creating a website that feels like you, we want to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
For us, this is never about simply ticking off a list of deliverables and moving on. It is about building a genuine relationship, understanding what matters most to you, and creating something that feels deeply aligned with who you are and what you stand for.

A brand that feels truly like me
From the very beginning, the process felt deeply personal and tailored to me and my business. Nicola took the time to truly understand my vision, asking thoughtful questions and listening in a way that made me feel seen and supported. What we created together feels completely aligned with who I am. It’s not something I believe I could have received anywhere else. The result is not just beautiful, but genuinely mine.

Nicola was my FIRST CHOICE because I knew she would understand my vision.
I loved working with Nicola, and highly recommend her to anyone! I used her (…) to take the photos for my book “Holistisk Livsstil”. I knew she would (…) be able to deliver the style of photographs that I wanted. I needed photos that were the visual representation of my words, but also portrayed the vibe and energy of my message. I was super happy with the final result – Nicola nailed it! She is also very professional, easy to communicate with, and very talented at what she does.

Nicola was an invaluable sparring partner, deeply committed to achieving the best possible result. I’m absolutely delighted with both the final outcome and the guidance throughout the process.
The experience of having Nicola create my website was truly exceptional. She supported me every step of the way, combining strong expertise and a clear, structured approach with a genuine understanding of my personal vision.

step one
Start with an inquiry
Everything begins when you reach out.
Once you send your inquiry, you will receive our carefully created Brand Book. This is a beautiful introduction to who we are, what we offer, and how we work. It gives you a clear sense of our style, our values, and what it might feel like to create something together.
Our Brand Book is designed to help you slow down, explore, and ask yourself an important question. Does this feel like the kind of support and partnership I have been looking for?

Step two
A conversation with no pressure
Before you commit to working with us, we always begin with a virtual consultation. This is not a sales call. It is a relaxed conversation where you can share your ideas, your hopes, and even the things that feel uncertain or overwhelming.
We want to hear about your vision, the story behind your business, and where you feel stuck. We will ask some questions so we can understand what you need, and you can ask us absolutely anything.
This is your space to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and excited before taking the next step. And if you don’t feel that this is 100% right for you at this point ? No hard feelings at all! You have extended both of our networks, and that is always a win!
step three
A clear proposal and an investment you can feel good about
After our consultation, we will create a tailored proposal designed specifically for your project. Inside, you will find a clear overview of what is included, the investment, the timeline, and exactly how we will bring your vision to life. We want you to feel fully informed and confident in every part of the process.
There will be no confusing packages and definitely no hidden surprises.
When you are ready, you will sign your agreement and officially reserve your place in our calendar.

Step four
We celebrate the beginning
When your project becomes official, we believe that it deserves to be celebrated.
Before we dive into the work, we love to host a small virtual launch party. It is a chance to pause, get excited, and mark the beginning of this new chapter for your business.
Because creating a brand, website, or strategy that truly reflects who you are is something worth celebrating.
step five
Dream, plan, and gather inspiration
Once we begin, we move into the planning and discovery phase.
Depending on your project, we may hold brainstorming sessions where we explore ideas, talk through possibilities, and gather inspiration together. This is where we begin to uncover the feeling, direction, and details that will shape your project.
We want every decision to feel intentional. That is why we take the time to make sure we are completely aligned before we begin designing, writing, or building.
This stage helps you feel confident that we are creating something that not only looks beautiful, but also feels true to you.

Throughout the Process
One of the things our clients value most is that they always know what to expect.
From the very beginning, we guide you through every stage with clarity, communication, and support. You will never feel left in the dark or unsure of where we are in the process.
Working with Third Studio is about stepping into a creative partnership where you feel seen, understood, and supported every step of the way.
We are right beside you from the first conversation to the final result, creating something meaningful together.
